Commissions:
The PV value is the basis:
(PV = point volume, also called PW = German “Punktwert”)
Each product has a PV value
The PV is important for the calculation of the commission.
Example: sale price € 110.-, net price € 100.-, PV = 70,
The PV of each product is dependent on additional costs and sales, as can be seen in the PANEON webshop
The sum of the PV values converted by sales your own customers or sales in your own team per month is the commission basis.
Of these, a percentage value is calculated and credited or paid out.
For customer sales and also for team sales you receive up to 10% each

Consumable products provide consistent, monthly recurring commissions
2 commission types:
1) Own Sales (own customers *): up to 10% of PV sales
2) Team Turnover (clients of consultants in the team): up to 10% of PV sales
Own sales = self consumption + orders of your own customers
+ consumption of own former customers even if they are already special customers or consultants

Own Sales from self-consumption, self consumption of your 5 consultants and 4 customers with 100PV = 1,000 PV each
10% of 1000 PV own sales = € 100.- commission

In-house sales commission in detail:
Own turnover = own consumption + orders from your own customers
+ Own consumption by own customers even if they are already consultants
The commission amount is graded:
3% (1 customer, 35 PW), 5% (1 customer, 90 PW), 10% (3 customers, 150 PW)
From reaching the consultant commission level
(3 customers accumulated, over 150 PW own turnover in the respective month)
... you can choose whether commissions should continue to be paid out as credit or in cash.
In contrast to advantage customers, you can receive cash payments as a consultant on request.
In addition, you can also receive team commissions.

How much is that really?
The advantage of continuous follow-up sales if the customers are looked after according to the guidelines.
On average, we expect the pet shop to have ten years of customer loyalty (e.g. remaining life of the animals):
10x12x1000 = € 120,000 that you get for a year of intensive work.
How much is a "no" worth?
How many "no's" do we get on the way there? An average of 200 appointments are required for 100 customers, so you have received an average of 100 "no's".
But you also received 120,000 / 100 = 1,200 euros for each "No".
look forward to the "No's!", they are part of it and are worth a lot of money! Because without "no" it doesn't work.
Team commissions:

As a consultant, in addition to customer commissions, you can also receive team commissions as soon as you have generated a team. The minimum size of a team is two (2). So if you can win at least two directly assigned (initiated by you) advantage customers or consultants from your customers.

You have the security of being paid for the sales.
We don't have to wait for a "profit", as is common in business.
Turnover is there immediately, so it is much safer!
You are also not limited to "people" or "levels", it counts the turnover, no matter how many levels are required.
You have unlimited potential because you can build as many teams as you want.
Balance Commission:
In principle, any number of branches (teams of direct personal advisors) can be set up.
In any case, at the beginning you help the first two teams to grow safely and stably.
It is your first task to help these two teams grow evenly. This is done automatically by placing new consultants in the weaker branch of the system.
The balance commission is the incentive to help the weaker of the two teams more.
Balance commission: the PV turnover of the weaker of the two consultant teams is doubled, you get the commission on it, e.g. according to plan 5%
With 2 well-balanced teams, you effectively receive up to 5% of the total team turnover.

The weaker team has 10,000 PV. 10,000 x 2 = 20,000 PW, times 5% = € 1000 commission

Generational Bonus:
If, as in the example above, the first two teams have reached the generation value (10,000 PW each), you can start another team.
Then you switch from balance to generation bonus.
You no longer have to pay attention to balance.

If three teams (branches) are on 10,000 PV, you start the fourth team and so on.
Furthermore, new sales representatives and advisors are placed in the weakest branch, ie initially primarily in the third or new branch.
A generation of team branches is defined by the sales volume, so it doesn't matter how many levels or consultants are required.
The branches are paid out up to a maximum value
which is defined by the number of branches that have exceeded the generation value of 10,000 PW.
Example:
4 teams exceeded 10,000 PW.

Total PW: 120,000 PW times 5% = € 6000.-
Total commission: own turnover plus team commission: 1000 + 6000 = 7000
Initiator Commission:
Additional incentive to support your teams.
You help your self-initiated (recruited and supervised) consultants to the highest possible team commissions. You are directly involved as a percentage in these
If your consultants get a higher commission, you get more too!
You are directly interwoven with the success of your consultants.
Team commissions (in euros) from these own consultants will give you, for example, 50% as a reward for the planned support.
Since you can attract as many consultants to your team as you want, the potential is huge.
You can double the balance or generation commission as much as possible.
This is the reason why you can also receive up to 10% for the team as a whole.

This can be doubled by the initiator bonus, so you get € 6000.- on top:
Team commission € 6000 + initiator commission € 6000 = € 12,000.-

Total commission € 13,000.-
